We are a family business. Every building is run to one standard, whether it is ours or a client’s.

## Principles

- **We own what we manage.** Much of what we look after is our own. Our interests sit with the building. We make the same decisions for a client’s building that we would make for ours.
- **We think in decades.** Decisions are made for the life of an asset, not the next transaction. We would rather do a repair once, properly.
- **We keep it quiet.** We do not publicise clients, properties or terms. Discretion is part of the work. You will not read about your building in the press because of us.
