### What stages of development do you handle?

We take sites from acquisition and planning through to practical completion: appraisal, planning consent, building and delivery.

### Do you handle planning applications?

Yes. We set the planning strategy and prepare and secure planning applications as part of each project.

### Do you build projects yourselves?

We appoint and oversee the design and build teams, including procurement and contracts, and manage construction on the owner’s behalf.

### How do you assess a site?

We test the site, the market and the numbers through a site appraisal and feasibility study before committing to a scheme.

### What happens at the end of a development?

We hand over a finished, occupied building, and look after handover and stabilisation once construction is complete.
